Newspapers and Periodicals

We publish the best-selling church weekly - Church Times - both in print and online. We also publish a range of other periodicals including inspirational resource magazine magnet, parish magazine supplement The Sign, journal of Christian ethics CrucibleConcilium, Joint Liturgical Studies and the General Synod Digest.

The Church Times also runs the Bloxham Festival of Faith and Literature and the Festival of Preaching.

 

Book Publishing

We publish around 100 new books a year in areas such as theology, liturgy and worship resources, prayer, spirituality, biography, music, humour and much more. On behalf of the Church of England, we manage Church House Publishing - the official publisher of the Church of England: from 2011, we also manage the publishing imprint of the Church of Scotland - Saint Andrew Press.  Find out more at our book publishing websites.

Distribution

As well as our own imprints, Norwich Books and Music also offers third party distribution to bookshops, churches, colleges, schools and individuals worldwide. Clients currently include Darton Longman and Todd, Royal School of Church Music (RSCM), Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, Harper Collins Religious, Church Publishing Inc, Westminster John Knox Press (WJK), Paraclete Press and Methodist Publishing House.

 

Book selling

We run one of the UK's leading religion and theology bookshops - Church House Bookshop - the official bookshop of the Church of England. Active throughout the year at dozens of events and conferences, we also run g-books - the bookshop at Greenbelt Festival.
